Quality assurance auditing for residential surveying reports
A secure, multi-client platform for auditing mortgage valuation and Level 2 reports against versioned, client-specific audit criteria. Scoring is calculated by the system from stored rules, and every audit passes through human review before it is finalised.
Two audit types from the outset
Mortgage Valuation and Level 2 audits have their own criteria, sections, scoring, thresholds, critical-failure rules and templates. Further report types can be added without rebuilding.
Evidence kept separate
Written evidence, floor-plan annotation evidence and photograph presence and labelling are recorded separately. Photographs are only ever checked for presence and labels, never for condition.
Isolation and retention by design
Each client organisation's data is isolated by server-side access controls. Source documents are temporary and removed automatically under a configurable retention policy.
